Orders
Paiments have to be done by bank transfer. This way, Shortcut-Cigars
gives you a -5% discount on your order (that's the

- Order by internet using the secure order form on this web site.
- As soon as we receive your order, we send you by email our IBAN
references and data for bank transfer. As soon as we receive your
tranfer (usually 48 hours), we ship your order.
- After the 12th order (box of 25 or 50 cigars), regular customers
will receive a free box of 25 cigars.
- Our aim is to ensure high standards and the very best quality
in cigars. We treat each customer with care, paying special attention
to all your preferences and needs.

Shipping
- Each box is opened and inspected prior to shipping.
- Boxes are wrapped with plastic to preserve moisture while in
transit.
- Your order is packed in a parcel without any brand or name related
to tobacco or cigars.

Sales
- Taxes are included.
- Orders can be paid in Swiss Francs or Euros.
There are no handling fees, packing fees or hidden fees. Only
shipping fees will be charged to the customer as well as a 10
CHF bank fees. In return, the customer gets a -5% on the order.
- The ordered items will be shipped as soon as we get your payment.
- A tax may be charged by customs at the country of destination.
The customer is responsible for any requested tax.
- If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your cigars,
you must contact us to obtain a return authorization code prior
to returning the parcel. As soon as you get an authorization code,
you can send us back the goods for an exchange or a refund.
- In accordance with data protection policy, all information relating
to our customers is strictly confidential.
- The terms and conditions as well as the prices on this site
are subject to change without notice.
- Ordering accessories can take longer delays (usually 3 more
days) and higher shipping fees (for heavy goods).
